Rooms were ok but missing hot water was really bad
There was a loud party with a lot of noise till 2am under the window-hard to sleep. Hot water was missing for shower.

Lovely views, great location
Excellent location just off of the highway. Close to wineries and Olive farms. Beautiful setting and nice and quiet. Staff were extremely nice and room was comfortable and clean.
Breakfast is not included but very reasonable and tasty. Coffee was amazing. They don't speak much English so brush up on your Spanish

Decent accommodation on the motorway
The room was ok, semi-renovated, spacious, with a good bathroom. The building and surroundings are very nice. Seems like a fine venue for events - as long as you speak Spanish.
The staff doesn't speak any language other than Spanish, so if you don't understand Spanish or aren't up to translating with Google, it is extremely hard to get along. There is no menu at the restaurant (cafeteria), although we were told that we can have breakfast on an "order from the menu" basis. The two young ladies at the reception and bar seem to not have had any training, as they tried to charge us twice for the room (although it was paid through the link that the accommodation sent through the messaging of booking.com), asked for a credit card, although there is no need to, as long as we already guarantee with a card through booking.com and totally messed up our breakfast order. This is not so bad, though and we can understand if people are still in training. But a more experienced lady intervened from time to time in a patronizing manner, like we were not welcomed there as long as we came through booking.com. And then, the next day, they gave a keycard to our room to other guests, who came into our room. That's not all... after we (finally) managed to have breakfast, our keycard wasn't working and we couldn't get into our room... This error happened twice, if you can imagine! They fixed the problem by re-writing the card, but it took a lot of time (twice!). Thankfully we weren't in a hurry to catch a plane or anything. So, I don't know, maybe it was just bad luck, but if you are not Spanish, you might want to avoid this hotel. Or they could say on booking.com that they prefer not to accommodate foreign people who don't speak Spanish.
